John proposed me a few options, present me a design, chose with me the colors, finishes, sent a structural engineering calculation to the council and start the work very quickly, bringing a team of builders, who finished all the work in a few weeks. He speak with the neighbours and ensure that they are happy while the project was ongoing and have an excellent interaction with myself and my family.
