Barry was excellent from start to finish. I asked him to give me a quote to replace two failed windows, he was very prompt and efficient. He messaged me with the quote then text me a week before fitting. He confirmed the time on the day and arrived at that time , he fitted the windows and made sure everywhere was clean and tidy afterwards . Excellent job, definitely recommend

The uPVC french door wasn't locking anymore, the doors were misaligned and a draft came through them. Barry quickly acknowledged the issue and fixed it, another trader told me I had to get a new as it was unrepairable, well no need apparently. Surely recommended!

I am not too sure if there is a time specified period contractors need to respond to enquiries to keep their ratings as initially a quick response. After speaking with the person on the phone I sent messages on WhatsApp with photos as agreed that still have not been read in nearly a week. I was advised they can visit on Friday (last week) and he would let me know when he got home. Never contacted again. Possibly job too small for him to really be interested.

Very happy with the quality of the work. We had fascia’s, UPVC windows and a stable UPVC door installed (all anthracite). Both fitters were very friendly and professional. Communication was clear and reliable.
