Steve assessed the job, suggested options and left the choice of work to be carried out by us. He completed the work in a timely manner and rectified a small error within hours. Thanks Steve, good to have someone local who does what he quotes and doesn’t try and to rip you off with “unforeseen” extras.

Replacement of 4x radiators and installation of 1x new radiator
I was initially contacted promptly and soon after I had posted the job, I also answered few clarification questions and was given a price for the job. I have agreed to the price and requested a written quote to make sure it states the exact work and the exact agreed price. Following this, the time to response was not timely at all and after few days when I asked whether still interested in the job I got the repones 'no, too busy' which is not what I expected after offering a price for the job. I wouldn't recommend based on my own experience.

Boiler serviced and noisy fan replaced. Now I have no hot water. Called but no response. Not to be trusted
