Large house extension

Guidance on planning process and produce plans for submission to Council
Steve was recommended to me to do plans for my single storey rear extension after I had 2 others quote ridiculous costs. I’m so pleased I picked Steve. He visited the house quickly and produced draft drawings to tight timescales. The extension involves building over shared drains and I was very impressed with his expertise, guidance, and dealing with the authorities. Final plans were very good and I got them approved quickly. From our initial meeting we will undertake a measured survey of the property, prepare the Architectural drawings / plans required for us to submit an application for lawful development or planning and then produce Architectural drawings / plans needed for approval under Building Control.
