  Roof repair.

  Steve came to assess the job in the morning after I contacted him, said he had time and materials to complete the work that day ,if I agreed, or could come back at another time if more convenient. I was happy to have the work done there and then, he got straight to work and completed the job ,without fuss or disruption , excellent to have my roof fixed so quickly, without having to wait. Also no additional work, or making it bigger job than necessary! Would highly recommend Steve to friends and family for his efficiency and honesty and his very customer friendly attitude.

  Removing clips from previous wiring around the house and repointing holes, pointing brick post, removing stains on brick work and resolving leak from guttering

  We have used Steven before because he is so reliable and trustworthy. He listens to what is required, discusses the work and ensures I am happy with the work once complete. We have had a long standing problem with some guttering which he has resolved. Always willing to do work if even it is a small job - very accommodating for dates and times too. Steven is someone you can trust to do an excellent job and complete the work in an efficient and timely manner. He is our go to man for any building work.

  Laid and cemented edging stones in garden, recemented ridge tiles on roof, plastic edge tiles to garage roof.

  Very professional and work very hard. Constantly liaising with us to ensure work is carried out exactly to our requirements. Pleasant and friendly and polite.

  Garden walls repaired / refurbished.

  Steve is friendly, approachable and always has a solution to a problem. My garden wall is over 100 years old and has had no attention for over 30 tears. Steve assessed the job on a Monday and was hard at work Thursday morning grinding out old mortar, repointing and repairing the faces of crumbling bricks. This is the second job I have had done and felt perfectly at ease leaving the house open for him whilst I was at work. He is already looking at my next job for me!

  Roof repair and re grouting lower walls.

  Steven arrived on time, worked for six hours continuously in extreme heat, replacing broken roof tiles, then re grouting lower brick walls, Doing an excellent job, I think it may have taken him a lot longer than anticipated because of the continuous sunshine, but he still only charged me the agreed price. Thank you Steven, if I need any other work I would not hesitate to call him and would absolutely recommend his work.
