Great communication from start to finish, job completed same day as enquiry. Repair job completed.

10 out of 10 across the board. Communication from start to finish was easy and clear. Quotes were given quickly and there was nothing vague about costings. On the day the work was done cleanly, quickly and to a very high standard. We had a couple of broken window handles that were able to be fixed there and then on top of the job we initially booked (fitting a cat flap). I cannot recommend Glazing Guru enough and will absolutely be using their services again in the future.

Mike of Glazing Guru was fantastic to deal with from initial contact, to quote, to scheduling the job and to completion of the job. He is an absolute pro at his craft and I recommend him 100%, 10/10.

They responded quickly and visited to assess the job. The quote was promptly sent and accepted. The repair was scheduled, however the replacement part was not received in time and therefore had to be rescheduled. Communication at all stages was excellent, and I was kept informed at all times. The work was carried out efficiently and with great care. They even cleaned the window on completion of the work!

This is the second time we've had Steve and Mike do work for us. They do a great job with good humour and don't cut corners. Genuinely nice people who care about what they do. Wouldn't hesitate to ask for their help again.

Excellent service all round. Good quote, brilliant communication, turned up on time, professional, tidy and personable. I will definitely use them again when my windows next require a repair.
