Very happy to work with John on our bathroom remodelling. Very good communicator, polite and meticulous. He's goes the extra effort in checking all the items before and after purchase and also contributes good suggestions on our ideas. Very satisfied with the completed bathroom and will definitely reach out to him again if there's another job in future.

In summary, his quote was extremely fair, communication was great and he kept us informed of any unforeseen obstacles and checked with us at each step that we were happy with his work. He is extremely conscientious, thorough, no corners cut. Clean and tidy and respectful of our home. Technical expertise and professionalism throughout. From the moment John and his team started work on my flat, they were courteous, tidy and extremely professional. As I remained living in the flat throughout the renovation works, they made an extra effort to leave the property tidy and clean at the end of each working day. John is great to work with as he cares about the details and was very collaborative when it came to problem solving. My project did have a few difficulties to overcome, but each time John and the team worked to resolve the issues in the best way possible. I would definitely use STF Building Services again.

The bathroom required a complete overhaul from floor to ceiling. The workmanship is utter perfection and I am very fussy! John goes above and beyond and he too is a perfectionist. The job will only be finished when everyone, including him, is happy. If there is a problem, he will find the answer. I love my bathroom.

FORGET THE REST JOHN IS THE BEST.. We had a complete bathroom refit and John’s work is outstanding. He was so helpful with ideas and advice and nothing was too much trouble. He always answered emails and text promptly. John and his team arrive on time and leave everything clean and tidy. All hall, stairs and landing floors were protected before work commenced. John keeps you updated at every stage. He is a perfectionist and has a great team supporting him. Work was completed on time. Price was competitive. Would highly recommend him.
