Fitted new glow worm boiler
10Simon has fitted us a new Glow worm boiler and replaced some of our old pipe work. Simon was very professional and was able to advise us on which boiler would suit our family and home.

He blamed the pipework and refused to change the pump despite the pipework being unchanged for 22 years and having pumps fitted without issues by other plumbers on other occasions over those years. He still has the warranty for the pump so I'm left with a leaking pump and need to call another plumber in to fix his mess and pay again. Terrible.

10Verified ReviewI contacted Simon and he visited very promptly to quote for several plumbing jobs including fixing a toilet flush, changing a shower pump and quoting for more extensive work to replace a shower cubicle. Simon is very informative about what work is required. He kindly offered to do some of the work that day due to his schedule being flexible. He investigated the problems and sourced the supplies and as a result the toilet was fixed and the shower pump and shower attachments replaced perfectly. He also sourced samples for the quote. Very efficient, great standard of work and very trustworthy.

10Verified ReviewOn Saturday 1st July I contacted Simon and asked if he could carry out a non urgent plumbing repair to my upstairs toilet , which was leaking from the cistern into the toilet bowl , and also install a toilet isolation valve at the same time . Today , 4 July , Simon visited to have a look at the defective WC mechanism causing the leak , left to go and buy a replacement flush mechanism and returned forthwith to fit it and then swiftly installed the isolation valve . I was very pleased with his work , he was polite , friendly ,efficient , and tidy . And very reasonably priced . Thanks !
