Poor communication did not turn up twice when arranged. Never got a chance to find out if they are any good. My customer was very unhappy and I was instructed to not use them. Such a pity as a lot of time has been wasted.

Will and his work team came to look at my roof initially for a broken tile but after close inspection it was made clear that both the remaining felt and batons would need immediate replacement (which having been told by another roofer when they came for a patch up job many years ago but I never carried out a full replacement until now) having been shown a video of my poor roof a price and date of work was soon agreed.. Scaffolding was put up that afternoon and the job carried out over two days. The workmen were respectful of my property and I would recommend them 100%
