  External wall repair, repointing and repainting

  Charlie and his team, Thomas and John were excellent. The thing that really singles this company out is the great communication. We felt in touch with all aspects of the project and really listened to. Charlie had a clear overview of the job, and Thomas and John were hardworking, thorough and diligent. We will be using STMaintenance again and are happy to recommend them.

  Wallpaper repairs.

  I was pleased to find STM who can tackle everything from wallpapering, painting, plumbing and sash window repairs and lots more I’m sure. They repaired peeling wallpaper, being careful to protect the undamaged, painted border. They replaced a faulty tap and waste trap, doing a better job than the work previously done by a large plumbing contractor. A great experience all round.

  Replacement of garden fencing

  Written estimate of the proposed work was clear, concise and professional. It was received promptly from first inspection of the garden by Charlie who was extremely informative and whom provided excellent communication throughout. Really pleased with the end result. All old wood and debris removed from site on the day and area left tidy. Would recommend this company.

  Painting and decorating, woodwork, garden maintence

  We used Charlie and the team for our painting and decorating inside (walls and woodwork) and garden maintenance, and they have been brilliant.   Excellent Bedroom Decorating

  ST maintenance recently completed decorating our bedroom to a high standard. The job included walls, ceiling, skirting, cabinetry and wardrobes, as well as fixing coving. They spent a good chunk of time on the preparation of surfaces, filling and sanding etc, to ensure a high quality finish. The communication throughout was great and they worked long hours to complete the job as quickly as possible. We would definitely use and recommend ST Maintenance again! Thanks guys.
