Mike and his team started this about 2 weeks before lockdown, and we moved out, which put obvious challenges in the way in terms of face-to-face communication and also certainty of supply / timescales etc. But they still took on board all our requirements and dealt with a few unexpected issues fairly, professionally and clearly. I had know Mike for a number of years, but never had any previous work carried by him. Honest and Fairly price for the Job. Company is extremely professional, knowledgeable and up to date with all regulations. Mike discussed our requirements thoroughly prior and maintain fantastic level of contact during the project. Extreme care was taken throughout to protect rest of our house and keeping the site safe with 2 young children living at the house. The work looked beautiful and they team were helpful and patient throughout with us and neighbours but since we’ve started having problems they seem to have disappeared and don’t respond to any form of communication. We now have cracks in plaster and render, a damp wall and leaking ceiling after 1 year. Really feel let down.

Just couldn't be happier. Top work from start to finish. Foundations, brickwork, build, roof, plumbing, kitchen fitting, windows, bi-folds, flooring, electrics, finishing touches. Absolutely superb at keeping me up to date and very courteous. Would fully recommend to do any job.
