  Very positive experience. Spent lots of time upfront with helpful suggestions and clarifications so felt confident we understood the scope of the work, timings and costs before we started. During the project the team were polite, friendly and we appreciated how tidy they were. There were continual check ins to ensure we were happy. End product looks great, exactly in line with expectations and timings and costing. Team did a great job of tidying up at the end and made the whole project very straightforward from our perspective.   We are so pleased we chose Neil and his team to carry out the work. We got several quotes over a period of a few months but from the outset Neil stood out as he looked at the whole picture and was very informative and helpful. The work, which was fairly extensive ( old patio removed, new sandstone patio laid, also old fencing removed and a larger area of lattice fencing erected) was completed in 5 days. The men worked hard and efficiently and always left the area as tidy as was possible. They were polite and as unobtrusive as they could be. We are really pleased with our new garden!
