Luke came to look at a faulty boiler that we knew was close to the end of its life. He spent considerable time attempting to diagnose possible issues with it and offered up numerous solutions including new parts and repair or the alternative of a new boiler install. He never pressured our decision which was refreshing and when we did decide on a new boiler, he carried out the job quickly, efficiently and competitively priced. We had a small issue the following day (through no fault of his, old house and shoddy previous work!), and he came straight back to get everything up and running.

Had a useless space downstairs and wanted a toilet put in place, was recommended S&H Contractors by a friend, wasn't disappointed, they help me in both the design and fitting, kept in good time, they cleaned up after themselves everyday and was a cheerful company, definitely recommended.

The quality of work done was to the highest standards. Better than what I originally thought it would be. I usually worry when having someone new to do works around my home but just meeting with luke I had an easy vibe, very down to earth. But most importantly the work done was fantastic couldn't praise him anymore. He always maintain a clean work area the best he could, even when it was a challenge. I definitely would recommend him to all. Great character as well as tradesman 5* all round
