10 Flat Roofing Installation
Posted 3 days ago
Replacing a previously sub standard flat roof. Replaced with high performance rubber roofing.
All work undertaken on the day specified. Photos taken throughout works by company. Good quality materials used and expertly fitted. New lead flashing and trims. An excellent job which replaced extremely sub standard previous work. 10 year guarantee. Side note- I inadvertently paid the deposit twice. It was returned immediately. Worth mentioning when you are looking for someone in this trade who is trustworthy. The two lads working on it left me some rubber roofing to use at my school and some boarding for my husband to use. Very happy to find someone who has done the job right.Verified reviewerJob location: PR4RElizabeth H9 Roofing Repairs

Excessive cost
I was quoted for a comprehensive amount of work regarding fitting pvc fascia board to existing wood fascia, renewing any rotten timber, repair/replace any damaged slates etc. I assumed it would take at least a day or two so the quote for £1440 seemed reasonable. The work took 2.5 hours with no adjustment to the original quote, which I think is excessive.Verified reviewerJob location: BB12RRussell K10 Roofing Repairs
