From a quick email late on Wednesday night , quick call the next morning and inspection that morning and then work carried and completed by Friday lunch time, couldn’t have asked for any more efficient work. Friendly on phone and in person, inspection was carried out in detail (photos) and told exactly what was required and quote given straight after inspection. Came early on the Friday and got stuck straight into the job, chimney and ridge tiles repointed and two broken tiles replaced along with roof scraped clean from moss. Joe promised a good job and that's what he and his team delivered. Existing roof had to be stripped back to identify where the leaks were coming from and Don did an excellent job, communicating the whole time and showing what he was doing at each stage.
