Roof replacement
We had a full reroof including replaced guttering. We believed the work to be complete, however there were major issues which were unresolved, despite us contacting them. We asked another roofer to review their work, and they found evidence of multiple loose tiles, unsecured ridge tiles that weren’t sealed, wrong soaker flashing added to the chimney, debris left around the chimney, guttering fixed to rotten fascias, the front gutters were not replaced, and other roofing issues. Small kitchen apex roof

Leaking roof and chimney. Repaired.
Pat got in touch with us almost instantly after we posted the job listing. He was incredibly friendly and professional, and his initial inspection of the issue turned out to be very accurate. While the final invoice ended up being a lot more than initially expected, this was no fault on Pat's behalf and simply a nasty issue hidden underneath. His team were very punctual and friendly, and did all of the work far quicker than expected. Overboard flat roofs
