Very quick, efficient and friendly. A couple of weeks later I had a minor problem and the lads were back within half an hour and sorted it for me.

Good communication. Jack came round to quote quickly. We accepted quote. Friendly workman arrived on time. I showed him where the leak was. Checking later the cracked T section removed and he was spraying with a repair compound. I enquired why he was not replacing the part (£4 in Screwfix) and he said he would replace if I wanted. I said that there was no point in trying to repair it, particularly as a repair would not last as long as a new part. He agreed. He had to go and get the part. Unbelievable that a gutter firm don’t carry basic parts and he hadn’t been told what the job involved.
