Luke was very quick to contact after work was advertised, his communication was excellent whilst arranging timings to carry out work,arrived promptly,was super friendly and clearly very experienced. I contacted Storms Limited Roofing, following a recommendation from a friend. I spoke to Luke about replacing my old leaking flat roof. He came around the same day to take a look, and he got back to me that evening with a very fair quote. Once the sunshine appeared, so did Luke, and he set to work replacing my flat roof. Luke kept me informed throughout, was enthusiastic, friendly, reliable and tidy. He worked continuously throughout, and all I did was keep the coffees flowing. A genuinely nice guy, I'm extremely happy with his workmanship and the finished roof.
