Installation of log burner
BRILLIANT!! Phil was very polite, friendly and quick to come and quote and gave great advice on what log burner to purchase. We will be having another one installed by stove Co in another room soon and would recommend Phil to anyone looking to have one installed.
Lined our chimney and fitted a wood burning stove and hearth
We had a fantastic service from stoveco. They were very professional and went above and beyond for us, as the stove we wanted hadn’t come into stock, they fitted us a temporary stove on Xmas eve, much to our delight. They were very friendly and cleaned up after them selves. We Would happily recommend to a friend !
Appalling
I cancelled the work that I had asked to be carried out due to my experience of and treatment by this company. The concepts of customer service and communication are apparently completely alien to them.
Install log burner into inglenook fireplace
Phil and his team were highly professional in carrying out an installation of a new log burner into an inglenook fireplace. Offered the option of supply and labour or labour only which suited me best. The work was completed to a high standard, but also quickly. After care instructions were clear and there has been on going support, even for a small user error! I cannot recommend Phil and his team enough. Competitively priced, strong communication, and superior fit out!
