Very professional and great service provided
Craig was very professional. Came to survey and provide a free quote, then installed our stove over two days. He delivered everything in a timely manner, explained how everything worked, and we are very happy with the installation. It is not a large space, but he made it work and ensured there was a neat finish.

New stove in exisiting fireplace
I contacted about 5 different companies. Craig was swift to respond, made an appointment to visit and provided a quote in a professional, friendly and efficient way. The other companies mainly wanted me to do their work for them. His price was competitive, very friendly, polite and tidy. Absolutely no issues recommending Craig.

Fitting a wood burning stove in fireplace
Very happy with our new stove. Having always had an open fire we decided to convert to a stove and will not revert as so much easier! Highly recommend Craig and his team - professional, punctual, friendly, helpful and they have done a great job from quote and helping choice of stove for our room through to quality install (which wasn't always straightforward as old quirky house) 11 out of 10 for customer service! Looking forward to a warm house this winter for sure :)

Fitting of multi fuel stove
We are so happy with our new stove. Appreciated the home survey to quote and advice about styles/types of stoves that would fit and suit our home. Installation was quick and arranged on a convenient day with advice about use and signposting to log suppliers and chimney sweep. Friendly, reliable and work done to a high standard.
