Wesley was easy to speak to and quick to respond. Chad completed the work with no problems, was COVID conscious and also understanding of noise and cleanliness whilst myself and my husband were working. Really appreciate the efficient response!

Wesley was a pleasure to work with: always polite and responsive to questions. He took time to understand my requirements and concerns with stressing the old pipework, discussed the options and explained the risks. He turned up on time, worked hard and completed the job as quoted. The system is now operating much better than before with no issues. I have no hesitation in recommending him and only wish I had found him before!

The work was done to a very good standard. The recommended taps suited the bathroom perfectly. Following thee work everything was left very clean and tidy. Covid 19 distancing and masks protocol was followed which was impressive. Good communication on timing of the visit and also a very clear quote of the costs which matched the final invoice.
