Boiler replacement

Boiler replacement
Sam and his team have been in over the years to carry out various work. They have just completed a boiler replacement and I could not be happier. Everything from the inital visit where Sam explained my options to receiving the quote which was competitively priced through to the work being carried out and finished, went smoothly. Anything that Sam had to move to do the work was put back exactly as it was and I have to say you would not have known anyone had been in to do the work the whole house was left spotless. Quality Work Carried Out Within Your Ageed Budget
We got a quote from ST Property Services for a complete refurbishment of our daughter’s ground floor flat in June 2025. We agreed the quote and the work went ahead to include under floor beams and new floor in 2 rooms , to install a central heating system, complete new kitchen (disability friendly) oven & Hob dishwasher washing machine all new units and work tops. New shower room walk in type comfort toilet Complete re wired throughout and replastered and decorated.
