  Brilliant new kitchen - thank you Sam and team!

  Sam and the team were brilliant from start to finish. They removed our old kitchen and installed our new one from DIY Kitchens incredibly quickly, handling everything from carpentry, plumbing, electrics and pipework to all the finishing touches. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and clearly took pride in doing a great job. They also kept everything exceptionally clean, leaving the space practically ready to use straight away. A huge thank you to Sam and the whole team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Excellent extremely happy

  I am so happy with the work completed by this builder. From start to finish, he was professional, polite, and reliable. He always answered my phone calls and text messages promptly and was happy to offer helpful advice throughout the project. All of the contractors he used were experienced, skilled, and professional, and the quality of the work was excellent. It was a stress free experience thanks to his great communication and attention to detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional builder.   Kitchen and Utility replacement

  After my builder decided not to show up for a job of installing a new kitchen, utility and pipework leaking under a concrete kitchen floor, I contacted ST Property Services, who came out promptly to quote. The owner was kind and compassionate about my predicament, quoted a fair price quickly, and was able to do the job within a matter of weeks. His team were absolutely fantastic: extremely professional, hard working, tidy, polite and very courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. They’ve done a fabulous job and I’m simply over the moon at the quality of workmanship and end result.

  From start to finish nothing but professionalism. Great communication and advice throughout. You would never even realise someone had been in the house. It was left immaculate with the brand new boiler. Highly recommend. 5 star service
