  Unfortunately have to leave a negative review for a house move in December. Paid extra for garden items to be transported, gnomes, plants, etc via a separate van - most ended up being left. Items were damaged, no response when followed up. Numerous items left as not enough space allowed. Despite paying extra for an extra man, four in total two of the guys didn't stop, but the one seemed to spend so much complaining and other on phone. Previously moved by a man (well two) in a van and must say they felt more professional and never stopped. Pre-packing was good though.

  We hired Straight There to move us 10 miles, moving the contents of a large 4 bed house. The quote..came when they said they would, very knowledgeable and spot on. The admin, nothing was ever too much trouble, kept in touch and answered all issues quickly. The move...2 trucks, 4 lads, came early, very respectful. With 3 hours all loaded with special attention to fragile objects. Can't thank these guys enough, every thing placed in the rooms and all furniture as agreed rebuilt. Top draw company, highly recommended.

  I had the packing service which was dreadful and when I let the company know I was not satisfied,they sent a man back to redo the job , but the boxes were unlabelled and one fell apart on the stairs. The next day when they moved my house the boxes were not all labelled and the mattresses were put on the wrong beds so I spent a long time moving things around and even moving the mattresses. The house was left with scuffs on the walls.

  We used Straight There Ltd for our first house move. They were very professional, right from the first visit to prepare the quote to the move itself. The two men that moved us were very polite and friendly, they made sure they had loaded everything we wanted into the van and they took care and consideration of our items. The communications before and after the process were fab, everything was clearly explained and they even checked in to make sure we were settling into our new home. The cost of the service was very good value and reasonable. I would highly recommend this service.
