Our front door was jammed due to a faulty locking mechanism. I messaged Lee for some advice and a quote to which he promptly responded. We arranged a day and time for the repair, which didn't take long for him to get the door opened. He then ordered the replacement parts and came back the next day to fit them. Lee did an excellent job and was accurately quoted. I would definitely recommend him.

When leaving the house for work I shut the door, pulled the handle up followed by a click and not being able to open the door. I rang Lee as he was a local locksmith, he was knowledgeable and very helpful giving a realistic timescale to help. He rang 15 mins before he was due to arrive, to confirm the time. Upon arrival he knew the issue straight away, opened the door in less than a minute and started the repair. He was clean, tidy and very informative and also carried the spares on his van. The repair was quick, tidy and he also adjusted the door so it worked well. Highly recommended.

After having our key stolen, we were anxious to get our locks changed. Lee was brilliant, really responsive, came out the same day, professional, reasonable prices, quick and high quality service. Made what was a very stressful situation a bit easier. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
