Problems not fixed and broken promises. He will block you if you try and get something resolved.
Poor quality after service from Strong Window Solutions. Customer service is not his strong point! Scratches covered in silicone and the door seal have split and the handles don’t fit. He came to replace them and brought the wrong ones with him. Promised they would’ve ordered and fixed. Just ignored and broken promises.

Strong window solutions have helped me with various renovation projects both domestic and commercial. The team are professional and a punctual throughout. Craig and the team go the extra mile right from the quotation and measure right through to aftercare, nothing was too much trouble and I would use them going foward and recommend them to anybody.
