Structural Report
Very happy with my experience with StructSpect. My allocated engineer (Ross Blenkinsop) was quick to respond to my request to inspect a subsidence issue involving my glazed extension. Ross arrived at my address at the exact agreed time, took time to inspect all the issues raised and explain his findings to me. My full inspection report was completed and made available to me the same day. Sadly, it contained bad news for me but also contained a clear plan to resolve the issues. very personable, great communication, straightforward, professional feet on the ground assessment of our jobs as requested. Added bonus of an outline of costs, and plans to actually carry out the work, in great detail with the option of them making onward arrangements. Worked out calculations for a knock through
