We used StructSpectrum as we are looking to remove a wall in the bedroom to open up an unused cupboard space and we weren't sure whether the wall was load bearing or not. SS have been super helpful throughout. I can't fault their turnaround time from their initial response to my query, right through to me receiving the structural report and plans the day after the site visit.
