Terry’s company was referred to us through third-party site when we were looking to buy our first home. We did a level 3 survey. We opted for drone survey, thermal and estimate cost for repairs. There were major issues identified. We accepted the risk after knowing about them and we were able to negotiate the sale price by several thousands. Terry was prompt on email as well.
