Structural Projects North West are a class act. They carried out structural repairs to our brick "turret" housing a small first-floor toilet. The work involved the complete deconstruction and rebuild of the turret, together with the installation of a new cantilever support. They genuinely seemed to care about completing the work to a high standard while respecting the requirements of our Grade II listed building. Whenever I raised any concerns, they listened and addressed them promptly. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a structural contractor.

They came to do the decoratung we wanted which was absolutely unprofessional work they ruined our stair carpet which we had to take up the paintwork was terrible they took our blinds down and threw them in a corner which ruined them they laid a laminate floor and left it scratched the son returned to try to fix the issues but made more of a mess and told me his father wasnt bothered and wasnt interested in rectifying the work

Got in touch with this company, was in a rush to get our chimney breast removal singed off to complete on our sale which a cowboy builder done previously very poorly & didn’t get the regulations, structural projects corrected the work & made everything run as smooth and fast as possible. The ladies in the office was amazing and kept me up to date with the process & the guys worked around their busy schedule to finish as fast as possible for me, really appreciated & couldnt recommend them enough. The lads did a fantastic job on site: - cleaned up at the end of every day. - put down protection to prevent dust and debris going into the other rooms of the house. - punctual & always on time. - knowledge and always kept me informed about the current tasks at hand. - extremely well mannered and friendly team. Overall a really fantastic company with great quality of work. id recommend to anyone and would be my first choice to work with again.

Extremely reliable, very informative throughout the process and excellent value for money. Every step is explained to you in detail and the relevant tradesman’s arrive promptly to do their bit. Overall a good experience. The team were professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout. The main work, including opening the wall and installing the doors, was completed to a good standard and the site was kept tidy. Some final finishing details felt a bit rushed, particularly around the floor threshold, but the team have been responsive in addressing this. Overall, a reliable service with solid workmanship.
