Water leak in cold water tank. Prompt service problem located and fixed within two days.

Work incomplete, I paid in full on the day. They have failed to fit a magnetic filter. Promised to come back to finish on the following Friday, then Monday, then Monday 3rd Feb, then Friday 7th Feb, then Monday 17th Feb and today March 6th missed appointment.

Luke and Jonathan fitted me a new shower today, craftsmanship is first class, so neat and tidy, no mess left and very polite, would highly recommend

This was an emergency call out requested through checkatrade. They rang back almost immediately and were here within the hour. Unfortunately they could not fix the problem that day due to the part required being unavailable, however they prioritised us to return first thing next day. They rang to let us know they were delayed enroute, and only arrived 10mins later than expected. The final price was slightly higher than had been quoted, but when we requested a breakdown to know where the additional amount came from this was provided and we paid in full. Workmen were friendly and polite. Would use again

Jonathan &Luke did all they promised. Polite, clean and tidy could not fault them.
