  I have known Studio95Design for many years. They have completed at least 4 Building Extension plan layouts for me and have achieved speedy Planning Permission and Building Regulation certificates from 3 different Councils, London Borough Enfield, Stevenage Council and Mid Beds Council. Luke Davis is an extremely qualified architect and supplies valuable advice and assistance throughout the planning stages. In addition he is always "On Hand" to site visit and inspect the project during construction. I am able to show you two house extensions that have been completed

  We asked Luke to do the drawings of the 1 bed we are currently in now that was converted from a detached house into 2 semis. Perfect design that’s open plan living and spacious. Using the best of the available space and putting it to good use!

  I cannot recommend Studio95Design enough. From start to finish, Luke was amazing - nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He took the stress and worry out of what can be a very overwhelming time. The drawings that Luke created were clear and concise - every builder we had in to quote always commented on how professional they looked. Luke liaised with all 3rd parties and whenever I was worried about blips the builders were experiencing, Luke was always available to discuss my worries and concerns and to put my mind at ease. If you are looking for an architect, then look no further than Luke.
