Rear Extension help!
Luke helped us through the whole process, from visiting us, listening to what we wanted, producing the drawings within the time specified, submitting to planning, keeping on their tail! To organising the structural engineers visit and liasing with them regarding the proposed structural drawing and then submitting to Building Control on our behalf. Luke, at Studio 65, Highly recommended.
We intended to build an extension and converting the garage into a large family area.. We engaged Luke who took us all the way through from concept design and detailed drawings to submission of our planning application. Luke provided a great service.
Luke brought creativity and experience to help us rethink our thoughts on remodelling our property. His cost estimate was pretty spot on. He provided good third party specialists who also did excellent work. He created all the drawings and liaised with building control to get us off to a good start.
