Amazing attention to detail , on time and very good in all aspects

Very professional and high quality workmanship. They had to lay big slabs of 2.7x1.2m on wall and 1.2m sq tiles on floor. Not a job for any normal tiler.

Employed to fit 147m2 area of various sized limestone, with a supply of 163m2. After 16 days and completing 126m2 they informed us we needed to purchase a further 20m2 to complete the remaining area, even though we had 20m2 of unused limestone left over. Due to a fundamental error in planning the layout, they have wasted over 30% and require a further 12% of new limestone in specific sizes. Style Tilers proposed the layout, but clearly did not check it could be repeated across the whole area. I requested how they would rectify, they state this is our fault as we accepted their proposed layout. A random layout which we were happy with would not have resulted in any wastage. Advice from other specialist stone floor installers is that Style Tilers have made a fundamental error in planning. They have not accepted liability for the waste or layout even though we have independent witnesses. They have demanded payment with no consideration as to the cost of the wasted and additional limestone required, ~£4,500. They have completely disregarded their obligation as a supplier under current legislation now threaten court action. I would not recommend there services.
