Absolutely shambolic customer service from day 1. Woeful customer service. Turned up with the wrong door upon initial fitting two years ago on three occasions. Causes extensive damage to the tiles on my house when fitting the windows. Rectified this by putting the tiles back. Fast forward and the door handle has broken ( two months ago) and they’ve been out three times with the wrong door and have failed to respond to numerous messages and phone calls. The tiles they ‘fixed’ have fallen from position, exposing the frame of the house which is ugly to look at. They refuse to take blame or a
