  Rear extension of my link detached property near Wallington Girls Grammar School. Building work carried out nicely with a quality products. Friendly and supportive staffs, no negligence on critical tasks especially, New Gas and Electrical connections through out the new extension work carried by experienced personals. Planned and organised work, few issues to be a part and parcel of any building work. Kitchen installation done with a required gas and electric standards. Floor warm insulation, internal and external wall lightings done nicely.

• Replacing Valve mixture for a concealed Rain shower

  Kumar and his team, has done an excellent job in replacing the valve for a concealed line, the work was very thorough as they replaced the tile and even helped remove the moulds and apply fresh silicone gels. Overall, Kumar explained the nature of job, ensured I am aware of the job and fixed the same as committed. I am very satisfied with the work and intending to use his service for other works as well.

  I had a full house renovation done through Subam Constructions. Their team was knowledgeble and friendly. Helped me in making lot of decisions which are cost effective at the same time meeting the quality needs. They have been very supportive and provided inputs to engage right suppliers for kitchen renovation, radiator and white goods purchases going above and beyond . The work was done within a planned time though there were number of changes all through than what we had originally planned. Happy to recommend

Their work on the central heating, electrical work, skimming, painting, flooring with underfloor heating, patio, and fencing was truly exceptional.   Kumar and his team helped with my roof replacement which has a Valley in the front and a former at the back. The whole work was done to a high degree of standard. They went the extra mile to fix couple of broken tiles on the lower section where scaffolding was resting
