We were talking about having air con last summer but did nothing about it. As the weather started to warm up I luckily bumped into Jacob and had a chat about having aircon installed. After a visit and survey we went for it. Installation was only a few days ago but what a difference in sleeping comfort it has made, no more waking up due to heat. The 2 engineers (Connor & Noah) that carried out the install arrived on time and didn't leave until everything was looking and working perfectly. Cleared up as they went along, very neat job and very happy with everything. Would highly recommend.

I have used Sub-cool FM in my residence and commercially. Both times the office staff have been extremely helpful and tried their very best to help when going through this crazy heatwave which I can imagine is their busiest time of year. Commercially I look after an older building and the previous AC is over 30 years old! A competitor deemed it unfixable but the team at Sub-cool managed to fix the AC giving my tenants respite until we can install a new system. Sub-cool genuinely will go out of their way to help you. You can tell the owner really cares about his customers!

We had 5 bedrooms and 1 study kitted out with air conditioning and are very happy. Staff are pleasant to deal with and highly responsive when a unit plays up. It is clear Jacob really cares about every customer's experience because he gets copy in on all correspondence and this immediately gives us as customers the feeling we are still important, even after the bill has been settled.

Tommy came to service our air conditioning and was very friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us some really good tips to maximise the air-conditioning and use the controls. He was friendly and personable, he played with our dog and we had a good chat about footballl. He spent a long time answering our questions and went out his way to go the extra mile. Would recommend to anyone

Sub-Cool FM came and serviced two Mitsubishi air conditioning units at our home. The units had not been serviced for a while. The two workmen were very polite and explained what they would be doing. They were with us a couple of hours and appear to have performed a thorough job. I would be happy to recommend from our experience.

Very pleased with the two units installed this week. Nick, Zach & Corey have been very professional. They are polite and very quick workers. Cleaned up after themselves better than I would have. They set up the WiFi and explained all the functions clearly. I would fully recommend them.
