  Set up wall mounted TV's

  I have used Sublime AV over the last 15 years. Myles is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. He has set up 2 wall mounted tv's, amps plus speakers, programmed remote controls, set up game consoles, an excellent service. He just cracks on with the job and nothing is too much trouble.

  New set boxes required new remote controls

  Myles took time to understand the problem and examined the system to find a suitable solution. He took time to research the best options, from a financial viewpoint as well as functionality. When installing the new system he talked us through it and made sure we were comfortable and that everything was working properly. The cost was less than I had anticipated

  Mounting a tv onto fireplace wall and concealing all wires/cables

  Myles was brilliant from start to finish. Communication was excellent from his initial call where he was able to find out exactly what we wanted and booked the job in quickly. Myles was meticulous in his attention to detail, checking every aspect along the way and making sure we were happy. He was very courteous, organised and tidy in his work. Without doubt I would recommend Myles and sublime AV!

  Long-time collaborative partner

  I first met Myles about 15 years ago in Sevenoaks Kingston-Upon-Thames when I was upgrading my hi-fi system. We quickly discovered many overlaps in our work (I'm a bespoke network & systems consultant) & have worked together on multiple installations in & around the SWs & beyond. That collaboration continues to this day. Our collective skills deliver a true 360º service comprising deep knowledge of & experience in all elements of a project. Myles shares my non-negotiables – creativity, cost-efficiency, clean, neat working & attention to detail. I absolutely recommend him!

  Upgrade of Crestron system

  Sublime corrected and filled in the gaps of the clunky and cumbersome Crestron system inherited. Surround sound did not always connect, and the speakers in the parts of the house did not work. And there was a huge equipment rack taking up a lot of space in my utility/laundry area. It was fiddly as labelling of wires was not complete and some not connected to anything. Tx to Myles and Cathy, it all works perfectly now.

  A complete AV set-up, including built in integrated Sonos speakers, wifi, TV wall mount etc

  It was the second job that Myles had done for me, encompassing complete AV set-up with integrated speakers, wifi set-up, TV wall mount and set-up and associated work. It was a complicated job for various reasons beset with problems, and Myles worked through them all, problem solving as he went, to achieve a perfect end result. He's very reliable, professional and his attention to detail is amazing. His service levels are very high, always cleaning up after the jobs and leaving the AV cupboard in perfect order. Plus a very polite and personable chap! Would thoroughly recommend
