  Complete home extension over 3 floors; reconstruction and refurbishment

  Sukha and his team are the most professional, high-quality workmen I have ever come across. We had a large home extension project that included a small number of unexpected scope creep items that they helped to address while keeping costs to a minimum. They are the BEST I have come across. Prices are very competitive. Post completion of work, they are very responsive should any issues occur. I recommend his work and my friends and family and we will be using them in the future. He is a fantastic human, and I am more than happy to provide references upon request.

  Side and Rear Extension

  Sukha is a solid project manager who provided great partnership throughout the build. Sukha was very hands on and brings in the relevant experts needed and oversees every detail of the work. He is respectful to feedback and guided his team to ensure the project was delivered on time whilst ensuring high client satisfaction. Sukh was a pleasure to work with and as a family, we would have no hesitation to recommend him. We will certainly be keeping his details for further projects planned. Thank you

  Cloakroom, Bathroom and Loft.

  Always reliable and punctual. Gave full costing at the beginning and there were no extras. He has a great work ethic and is open to new ideas. The quality of workmanship was exceptional and I have no hesitation in recommending Sukha for any building works. Friends and relatives have all been impressed by the quality of works and some have contacted him to arrange their own works. If we have any work in the future he will definitely be our choice.

  Loft conversion, rear extension, refurbishment

  Sukha and his team did an exceptional job. The work was completed to a very high standard. He has fantastic work ethic and attention to detail. He is incredibly organised and easy to get on with. He has a consultant who helps with project management, liaison and I found this a really useful addition to the build. He is very experienced and that is evident in the way he gets things done. Sukha is very flexible and worked well with other trades that were engaged in the project, who commented on what a good builder he is. He is on site every day which keeps quality high. Highly recommended.

  Extension, patio, fencing, chimney breast removal

  Reliable, punctual, honest and extremely skilful; Sukha construction has all the qualities you want from a builder and which are rare to find in combination. Particularly impressive were i) the care taken to make the work accurate ii) innovative solutions to unanticipated issues iii) a great attitude towards the client. The building consultant also added a great deal to the experience. It’s not a coincidence that Sukha construction has 5/5 in every dimension of every review. If you get Sukha construction for your job you’ll be delighted with the result.

  Garage conversion with en-suite, garage extension, New Kitchen and Garden renovation

  Sukha and his guys were very reliable, punctual, honest and knowledgeable and completed all the work on time with high standards.Even after the work completion, he always answers the phone whenever I need him for minor faults. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services again in the future.
