Re-pointing a large 70 meter area. Relaying and levelling any and all loose tiles.

Turned up on time and started straight away. Explained the process to me before cracking on with the job. Day 1 - remove old pointing and lifting all loose tiles. cleared all debris, relaying and levelling the loose tiles. Made any minor repairs. Before leaving testing the new colour pointing with me to make sure it was the colour I wanted. Day 2 - Arrived exactly when he said he would. Brought in all materials and as per day 1 started working immediately. I had to go to work, so Fation sent me some short videos as the job was progressing "A really nice touch ", as you can keep up even when you're not around. He phoned me to advise when he'd finished, posting a final short video. He also advised how long I should wait before walking on it, allowing the new pointing to cure enough so it wouldn't be disturbed. I inspected the job when I got home. "It was great, the new colour and the newly relaid tiles were spot on. I would highly recommend this team for any paving work without hesitation. Well Done Fation and thank you for fitting my job in so quickly. 3 of you completed this job in two days at a very very competitive price. Thanks again and kind regards to you all Todd
