The cleaner arrived on time and was courteous and polite. My main criticism is that the standard of cleaning was below what I expected. There was a lack of finesse and attention to detail. I had to ask for many areas to be cleaned again as there was still dust or debris left. Whilst the cleaner attempted to remedy the issues, on the whole the job took much longer than it needed to and I was left feeling frustrated. The bath has a stain that was not there before. They offered to send the cleaner back to use bleach to clean this but I was tired and already late for an appointment by then.

The cleaner that went to clean for her is professional, she does not allow him to clean she kept saying he his slow she want him to use two house to clean the whole house.
Went she complain about the toilet bath I told her I will send the cleaner back to clean her it again but she refused.
The cleaner used 3 hours 40 min but she only paid for 2 hours after the job was
Done.
She is the first client to complain and is because she kept saying his too slow she did not allow him to do his job.
