  Neil is punctual, tidy as possible. Hard working with a lot of knowledge Did a great job on time schedule. Nothing was a problem. Totally recommend summerfield builders Ltd. Fair and reasonable with price etc.

  Kitchen and 2 x bathroom renovations

  It has been great working with Neil on my project over the past 2 months. The work has been carried out to a high standard and on time. Neil project managed the refit of both bathrooms and kitchens and ensure the work was carried out to the timeline. He also is the kind of builder you want if you run into a problem, as he knows how to work around most things... Have already recommended Neil to people and wouldn't hesitate to do so moving forwards.

  Excellent communication, quick progress, good problem-solving

  Two storey side extension, single storey front extension. Neil was excellent at keeping me up to date with progress and potential problems, and quickly identifying solutions (including with 3rd parties like surveyors, utilities, architect etc). He made budgeting and managing costs much easier. He was flexible with timings and kept the overall job on track. His project mgmt was excellent. He also responded well to constructive feedback. Would happily recommend him.

  Very good service on time every single day kept the site tidy was very polite always ask questions to what I wanted and did the job very quickly, but very perfectly hundred percent recommend as he is a very polite and very hard-working man and his team
