He saved me thousands of pounds that I would have otherwise spent on getting the windows replaced entirely. He was so lovely and friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. Communication was super easy, he responded promptly to all my emails, turned up exactly when he said he would, and had the whole job done in just a couple of hours.
