David has done a few jobs on our house and he is excellent. We bought our first home and unfortunately it had many issues mostly condensation and mould. We had no idea where to begin. Many trades people came to give us their verdict but we didn’t trust what they had to say. We almost gave up until David replied to our post on here. He was able to find out all the issues in the house from a rotting gable, cracked wall, poor windows, rotted wood… he replaced the gable, fixed the walls, made and installed new frames to hold new cladding with insulation and then the windows and doors. We were looking to replace the windows in our house. Other quotes were well out of our budget. David arrived as arranged was professional and polite at all times. We were kept informed about the process, and booked a date for fitting. We then had to replace the water main. David and Vicky were great and rebooted us for a later date. The windows look great. I had all my windows and doors replaced by summit. I was very impressed by the professional, efficient and friendly service provided by Dave and Aaron. Polite, courteous and great workmanship. The guys were very practical when faced with problems and worked diligently, without rushing anything. From our first enquiry to Dave, he was extremely prompt, knowledgable and helpful. Dave listened to our vision and totally understood what we were trying to achieve. Through conversations and support from Dave, we knew he was the only person to move forward with our project. Dave and his team were amazing, talking through how the work would be done with us and was really conscious about the impact of me working from home.
