Reliable, Cares, Thorough, Great communication, Excellent Service from start to finish
Highly recommend Galin at Sun Spas Hot Tubs & Pool . He’s very reliable, excellent communication, understanding, helpful , friendly , polite , reasonable -he actually cares and takes pride in his work. Very professional, knowledgeable & gives great advice of how to look after your hot tub to stay in good condition. Honestly for 5 weeks I have been so frustrated with it all - first engineer couldn’t diagnose and fix problem he said it was electrical problems but that wasn’t the case. New Hot Tub Installed
Fantastic service and installation. From the initial enquiry, Gallin was very knowledgable and friendly in helping us decide the right hot tub for us. Once we had the base prepped he managed to bring the installation forward and installed within an afternoon. Installation was very professional and went smoothly, despite being a tricky route to navigate the tub to its home. The handover again was great explaining how everything works and the maintenance. Hot Tub Installation
After a very tricky delivery negotiating around our rear garden and obstacles the installation was done very professionally throughout. Im very impressed with Galin and his colleague's ability to overcome what were very tight bends with a very large tub and indeed very heavy. The workmanship was first class, finishing spot on, the product was exceptional in design and cleanliness. The handover was done with knowledge and confidence that what he was saying was factually correct. I have absolutely no doubts in recommending these guys for their work.
