Brilliant company, Luke took the time to investigate the leaks and gave me a very sensible quote, the team came and carried out the repairs just before the storm and we've been dry and mold free since! Luke contacted us within 5 mins of putting the job on checkatrade. He came the following day to identify the problem and make a temporary repair. He took photos and explained his findings and kept us informed. He supplied us with a detailed quote. We accepted the job and set a date for the repair. In the end the fix date was delayed by one day but Luke kept us informed. The repair has now been made and so far so good (after 24hr of rain!) Luke was friendly and professional throughout.
