  Very quick, very efficient.

  I had a very very blocked sewer from the outflow of my house (wet wipes the problem). Super Efficient came out straight away and the problem was solved in 15 minutes. They thoroughly cleaned the pipes, manhole etc. and changed the rat trap for a different one as the first one was causing the problem. The engineer worked quickly and efficiently. Was polite and gave helpful suggestions as to avoiding another blockage.

  Reliable heating engineers

  After going through several not-so-great heating and plumbing companies/individuals in the past, I'm grateful to have found Super Efficient. The communications are great - they respond to messages and deal with queries, give a time window for engineers to attend (and meet those time windows), and get the job done efficiently and expertly. I've used the company several times in the last couple of years (old houses and their plumbing systems!), and all the engineers have been personable and helpful. I feel confident to use the company in future.

  Great Service, repeated time and time again.

  I've used Super Efficient many times in the past three years, from Boiler Replacement, radiator replacement, gas safety certificates through to plumbing and piping of macerator toilets. They are always incredibly efficient, excuse the pun, incredibly reliable, and great value. The team are amazingly customer focussed and Jack even answered the phone when he was in A&E after having a small accident. I honestly would not consider using another company, unless Jack get's too popular to get hold of. Actually I'm unsure why I'm writing this as the more people know how good they are the harder the

  Water pressure pump

  Ratings - I always leave space as there is always room for improvement - Jack and Super Efficient team was on point and provided a professional service with duty of care which gave me peace of mind - On the day of my water pressure first thing Monday morning and all getting in each others way, I called Jack whom I explained issue and advice me to check secondary pump if working and happen to be faulty - Part was ordered and got installed couple of days after ( Special order ) - Job was managed professionally - Would recommend his services to anyone who are looking for peace of mind Thank you
