Great service and job.
We needed to improve insulation on three older very large double glazed windows. Superglaze gave us advice on our options and a competitive quote. The job of replacing the windows and frames was done within four weeks. The workmen were courteous, friendly, clean and efficient. They kept us fully informed throughout the process and delivered within the promised timescale. Overall great service, quality windows and attention to detail
Excellent job done, our third time using Dez and Superglaze, he has very patiently been back to quote each time we’ve saved up for our next renovation phase! I have a super picky husband and the fitters pay great attention to detail, particularly with surrounding brickwork, trimming and silicone. They turn up on time, no messing about, detailed quotes emailed through, no sales pressure, fast fitting timescales, great fitting service, respectful of our property (removing mess and hoovering!), and great aftercare. Hi I am Dez Wakelin.I am 51 years old and have had my own company for 5 years. I have however been employed in the upvc/glass and glazing indusrty all my working life. I trade as a sole trader as I find it easier working around my family life( 2 kids still at school). I can undertake all aspects of upvc from a small piece of glass to a large conservatory and have many happy customers and repeat customers. When I do get time to myself I go to the gym mainly to try and keep fit and free from injury.
