  Jake was excellent. He resolved a complicated blockage of our kitchen sink within an hour. He was prompt and professional and had very helpful tips on how to keep the drain free from blocking in the future. A solid 10.

  Jake was super helpful and professional. Even without seeing the job by description he was so helpful navigating what the problem could be and he was spot on. Didn’t make me panic, found the problem almost immediately (for reference the flat below mine had their ceiling cave in from a wall which was coming under my flooring). 3 other plumbers couldn’t find the problem. Really pleased with the services, extremely well priced for the level of professionalism you get. Would highly recommend

  Jake answered promptly our call was at our home within 30 minutes of the call. He looked at the issue, after discussion and presenting a solution and a cost, we agreed, he went to purchase the necessary parts , came back and finished the job within a couple of hours. Very professional and friendly.

  Removing old radiator and fitting a new cast iron radiator; fitting new silent extractor fans.

  Jake led work to drain down and remove a radiator, and lift the floor and make pipework modifications for a new cast iron radiator, as well as installing two silent extractor fans. We are so glad we found Jake - he is highly trustworthy and reliable, and so skilled and knowledgeable. Jake is really lovely, friendly and patient and was always seeking the best for us through his advice and work. He did a beautiful job. We would highly recommend Jake - thanks so much!
