Mansor was very unprofessional, uncommunicative and not just unresponsive but intentionally avoiding attempts to contact him. He demonstrated a complete lack of customer relation skills. He clearly does not know how to treat customers as demonstrated by the sudden demand for payment in full before completing the work he was engaged to do. Needless to say, I shall not be using him again.
