    Did not turn up or call back as promised

    Had a call from Anna after booking a B Gas service. Anna didn't identify herself as representing a B Gas contractor, but said that they couldn't complete the service today, due to staff shortages and the next earliest available was 23 Nov, over 7 weeks away. I told her this was not acceptable as I had booked a day off work for this appointment, which was booked weeks ago. She then said that she would get her manager Sam to call back within 2 hours. Still waiting 7+ hours later. Cancellations happen, but follow up must then be 1st class, this wasn't and B Gas were not aware of the cancellation!
