  Warranty Repair Outstanding – Awaiting Follow-Through on Agreed Fix

  Supreme Roofing & Building Ltd carried out roof, guttering, and downpipe works at my property in June 2019, with the invoice stating that all works were fully guaranteed. In late 2025, an issue developed with the guttering/downpipe installation. I contacted the company to request a warranty repair and provided photos, full access details, and clarification that no scaffolding had been used during recent internal window works.   Rectifying poor workmanship by a previous roofing company and installing new, velux windows.

  Chimneys Repair

  Repointing chimney

  Supreme Roofing were reliable and efficient. They turned up when they said they would and responded to all communications promptly. They provided photographs and the chimney and explained what needed to be done. They gave a written estimate, and were able to do the work with the week. When the work was done they sent through photos and a video showing their work. I would definitely use them again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Loft insulated and boarded

  John and his team did a great job. They were courteous, professional, efficient and tidy. Could not thank them enough for a wonderful job. I did not have to worry about anything, they organised skip for rubble/rubbish and were extremely helpful with any ‘surprises’. Am really happy with the final result.
