  I'm delighted with my new windows and doors. The guys from Surbiton glass did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances - an old house with ctumbly bits and they made everything good, went over and above, were always clean and polite. Very impressed by how organised they were; the office always got back to me promptly on my many queries during the planning stage and the price was reasonable.

  I had glass replaced in 4 pvc tilt and turn windows and 1 door. I got a few quotes and SG where priced about right once efficiency ratings taken into account. They were patient with my questions, quick to respond and professional at all times. Would use again and recommend.

  We have ordered two windows to be replaced at our new home. And we had the best experience ever! Scott the manager has been very clear and helpful in choosing the windows. We have received the best customer care! Also, guys who have installed the windows Leo and Audrius were extremely professional and nice! Our new windows looks amazing! We will going to use Surbiton Glass for the next project! Massive thank you for taking good care of us!

  Very satisfied with the work quality - it was carried out on time and to high standard. The company owner and the employees were polite and professional at both visits. The company kept us updated on the progress and also did not promise unrealistic timelines, something another company did and then withdrew. One problem was that the final price was somewhat higher than the original quote, apparently due to the need of another type of glass (we were informed before we confirmed the order). Nevertheless, I gladly recommend Surbiton Glass, at least for the kind of work they did for us.

• Replacing eight units of double glazing

  No respect. Workmen arrived late (wrong address given) and then proceeded to work as fast as possible without any concern about my property. Didn't put down dust sheets until prompted (they had some in the van); no concern about units standing up against painted surfaces - I gave them soft rags; asked for units to be cleaned - didn't clean inside junctures so dirt can be seen between uvpv and new units, and left outside sills dirty even though it would have been easy to give them a wipe as they put the new unit in; baths left unprotected so a dropped tool could easily have damaged porcelain.
